Our services are typically one-fourth to one-third the cost of traditional obstetric care and delivery in the hospital. The fees cover complete prenatal care, 24/7 on-call availability of your midwives, your care at The Birth House or at home during your labor, birth, and postpartum recovery, and postpartum care. Many insurance plans cover our services. We offer discounts based on income, payment plans, and barter for needed goods and services for those without insurance coverage.

For New Hampshire residents who are eligible, Medicaid covers the cost of our midwifery services.
